SHUREN RYU JU-JITSU
Ju-jitsu is the unarmed art of the samurai warrior which includes kicking, punching, throwing, the locking of joints and take downs. The typical response to an attack is to evade, painfully strike a point on the body then throw the person and lock off the joint.

SHUREN RYU KENPO KARATE
Kenpo Karate uses all of the punching, kicking and kata in traditional karate, with added locks, take downs and some throws. The typical response to an attack is to evade and then painfully strike the body multiple times using hands, feet, or a combination of both.
